Airport Free Trade Zone

Alajuela Industrial Park and Free trade zone was built by Grupo Saret in 1988.It was one of the first industrial parks in Costa Rica. It is located only one kilometer east of Juan Santamaria International Airport ,is close to a slate of hotels, restaurants, shopping malls and amenities and is in an area with a high concentration of labour.

The park has a total constructed area of 50,000 square meters and 32 industrial buildings under a condominium structure. Buildings are designed in compliance with international codes and regulations considering climatic and seismic codes. Grupo Saret is a leader in the free trade zone and industrial park sector in Costa Rica.
