Services

Cutting.

CNC cutting plasma up to 50 mm (2") of thickness for either Carbon

of stainless steel, or oxyacetylene cutting up to 300 mm (12"), cold

cutting with pressing machine up to 19 mm (3/4") x 6 m (19.6 ft.), sawing

machine up to 700 mm x 700 mm (27x27"), drills with tugsten bits, etc.

Bending.

Angle bending up to 19 mm (3/4") x 6 m, rolling up to 50 mm (2") of

thickness by 3 m with four hydraulic rolls and 600 mm of diameter, angle and purling bending, rolling machine of up 5 m and 19 mm x 500 mm minimum diameter and three rolls.

Pipefitting.

Qualified pipe fitter with more than 8 years average experience with SARET. Turning wagons of 60 tons to handle penstock and storage tanks, as well as manipulators of 10 tons. Also, the compañy has manipulators of 15 m long for circumferencial pipefitting.

Welding.

Twelve qualified welders on SMAW, SAW (Full automatic, semi automatic and manual), FCAW (inner-shield and outer-shield), and TIG. The equipment used has a two-year use average and has a capacity of up to 1000 amps continuous or 3000 amps intermittent for studs welding.

Surface preparation and paint.

A special room for surface preparation is available, for processes up to white grade of SSPC-SP5, using grit-blast instead of sand-blast: this room is armored and has a moving carrier with a handling capacity of up to 40 tons. For painting, special airless machines are used, of 3000 psi so that normal compressed air contaminated with water and oils never touches the paint that is being applied.
